1. You’re Eating More Than You Think 🍽️
You can’t out-train a bad diet, and even a “healthy” diet can lead to weight gain if you’re eating too much.
✅ Track your calories—Most people underestimate their intake by 20-50%.
✅ Weigh your food—That “tablespoon” of peanut butter? Probably two.
✅ Stay consistent—A weekend binge can undo a week’s worth of progress.
2. You’re Not Eating Enough Protein 🥩
Protein is your secret weapon for fat loss. It keeps you full, preserves muscle mass, and burns more calories during digestion.
✅ Aim for 0.7-1g of protein per pound of body weight.
